  23. I've used an IDEK MF5017 with my Amiga 2000 and Toaster 4000 for about
  24. a year. Works wonderfully. However, the Sync Strainer from Preview
  25. Technologies is required in order for the Toaster to boot with this
  26. monitor. Some sort of adapter is required (either the Strainer or
  27. the Commodore version) in order to connect the monitor to the Amiga
  28. video port. The Commodore adapter allows regular operation, but won't
  29. let you boot the Toaster properly.

  31. The MF5017 is a "long persistance" monitor. It really helps take away
  32. the A2000's native flicker in interlace modes.
